In case of payment by Debit Card, your payment will be debited on the day of the order. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
If we are unable to ship your entire order, the value of unshipped items will be refunded to you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes and are presented excluding shipping costs. The total amount of your order is composed of the price of your items plus delivery charges.

As soon as you select the payment method by which you wish to pay for your purchases, you are directed to the secure environment of the site which complies with the strictest security standards (PCI DSS).
When making your payment, you provide your card number, expiry date and the number on the back of your card.
– You will then be invited to use the 3D Secure authentication module. You will simply need to enter a code that you will have received on your mobile phone to authenticate your purchase and thus validate it.
– These confidential data are automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified in order to prevent abuse and fraud.
Transactions carried out on mkdogames.com are secured by the Payplug payment system (https://www.payplug.com). All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. It is also not stored on our computer systems.
Fighting fraud & 3D secure
One of the solutions to combat fraud is to authenticate the cardholder in a reinforced manner, particularly for the most risky transactions, as 3D-Secure allows, the most widespread mechanism today in France and abroad.
3D-Secure is a mechanism for authenticating the holder of a payment card in a reinforced manner on the occasion of an online purchase.
The buyer must enter a single-use authentication code, most often received by SMS on your mobile phone, to validate the payment of their purchases.
Once the code is entered on the site, the purchase will be confirmed.
Increasingly, banks simply ask you to validate the transaction via your bank's application, without entering a code.

The customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution (Payplug), which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.
The data recorded and retained by MKDO Company constitutes proof of the order and all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without reason, within a period of fourteen (60) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning at their own expense the new products (never used, in their original packaging) after obtaining a return authorization number from MKDO company.
MKDO Company will refund the customer any sums already paid, less any possible shipping costs.
