Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via La Poste in green letter or Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. If you chose Colissimo, your tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage fees. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Free shipping is offered when your order exceeds 55 euros, only via Colissimo relay and pickup lockers.
Special care is taken with our products, however we disclaim all responsibility for the handling of the package by the carrier.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Our little monsters always do their best to ship as quickly as possible, but you know we're a small team and not Mamazon. It can sometimes happen that delivery services take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
Depending on the quantity, individual cards are shipped by postal mail, there is generally no tracking number. If after 4-5 days your order marked 'completed' has not arrived, contact our customer service to check that there isn't a problem!
This is not contractual but usually Colissimo delivers in 1 to 3 days*. It can be faster, it can be slower, they decide not MKDO.
You can check your tracking in your emails (check your spam folder).
Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends)! Know that our goal is always to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

We accept returns 60 days after your product purchase.
The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original new condition.
If upon receipt of your product return, it is unsellable, we can only partially refund you depending on the condition. If the product is not in correct condition, no refund can be made.
Return fees are at your expense and the product must be returned to the following address with the carrier of your choice: MKDO, 1 allée Gay Lussac 69 230 St Genis Laval - France.
Upon receipt of your return, if it is compliant, you will be refunded within 1 to 2 days to the payment method you used when placing your order.
