Shipping methods
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. They are dispatched via La Poste as lettre verte or colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature or with Mondial relay with a tracking number. If you have chosen colissimo or Mondial relay your tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Special care is taken with our products, but we accept no responsibility for the carrier’s handling of the package.
Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.
What are the delivery times?
Our little monsters always do their utmost to ship as quickly as possible, but you know we’re a small team, not Mamazon. Occasionally, delivery services may take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
Depending on quantity, single cards are sent by postal letter, and there is usually no tracking number. If your order marked « completed » hasn’t arrived in 4-5 days, call our after-sales service to make sure there isn’t a ball in the soup!
This is not contractual, but Colissimo usually delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial relay delivers in 3 to 5 days, it can be faster, it can be longer, it’s up to them, not MKDO.

Please note that delivery time does not include preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends)! Our aim is always to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping method
All orders (except France, Belgium and Luxembourg) are shipped out from our Chinese Warehouse.
There is a flat rate fee for all shipping :
– Europe (including Switzerland): €6
– USA: $6
– Canada: CAD 8.90
– Australia, NZ: AUD 9.90
As it is export products you may experience Custom fees in your country.
Most of time, card games are without custom or fees will be very low. We are not reponsible for those fees, and we don’t know how much they will be.
